PFW - Balmain S/S'15 RTW

First of all, Olivier Rousteing is such a babe & has the most incredible jawline so there's always love for him.
His collection was full of monochrome tones with pops of colour here and there. Personally the coloured pieces weren't a favourite of mine but I did love these three pieces. The white trousers are heaven sent, the fit of the waistband alone is everything, I wish all trousers fitted me like that. The white top which looks like three horizontal bands finishes it off making an all white outfit that even I would wear & I'm not a fan of all white at all. I noticed alot of grid style detail in the clothing & loved this monochrome zip piece, also with the added belt it creates curves. The blazer I mainly loved because I'm a huge fan of anything sheer, mesh, organza style. It's something different I haven't seen before which I love and it's black...Perfect!
The show featured some of my favourite models also; Jourdan Dunn, Joan Smalls & Rosie Huntington-Whitely. Balmain wins!

LFW - Jackie JS Lee S/S'15 RTW

The thing I love about Fashion Week is discovering new designers I never knew about before. Jackie JS Lee is one. I loved the simplicity of some of her designs especially the jumpsuits. These were three of my top favourites from this season's show but there are a few others that I also loved. I read that she doesn't usually use prints in her work opting for more minimalist pieces but I think she worked it so well into her garments. I'm loving the deep blue colour that she chose as well. The whole colour scheme of the collection was me all over, she even threw some pastel pieces in there which was a great contrast. She's definitely one I'll be watching more often at fashion week.

LFW - Topshop Unique S/S'15 RTW

One of my favourites from LFW this year was Topshop Unique S/S'15 mainly for the colour palette and these three looks. The first one was a personal fav because I loved the colour blue of the skirt or skort, I'm not sure, it was such a cute little outfit, I wasn't a fan of the fit of the jacket though. Secondly, this playsuit! It's like a large white shirt but in playsuit form, so perfect! This caught my eye as soon as it hit the runway! I'm hoping this is a playsuit though and not a two piece but I need it is everything. Lastly, don't I love a camel coat. I'm so glad to see this somewhere on a runway because that justifies me buying a new one and wearing it 24/7. This is not the style I would usually go for but I love how clean and simple it is with the four buttons down one side. Also Cara Delvigne starting and ending the show with a cheeky smirk, loved that!

LFW S/S'15 Day1

London Fashion Week is here. It's Day 3 today and so much has already happened. I decided to head down to Somerset House on the first day to embrace the street style which is my favourite aspect every time. It was alot hotter than I expected that day, I mean I wore alot of black which is normal but I seriously underestimated the heat levels. Nonetheless I saw a few styles that I liked enough to snap. I must admit I didn't see as much as I usually do but I did enjoy the vibe. I've falled in love with that womans grey dress, I need that in my life! I also saw some other lovely bloggers whilst there and a few of us went to the Radio Bar Media Lounge at the ME London Hotel to chill for a bit. That place has such a lovely view, I would love to go back there for a night out.

Greyscale

 Jumper - H&M |Jeans - Topshop "Leigh" | Clutch - Primark | Watch - eBay | Nike Thea Premium

So I pretty much live in greyscale tones. My type of scale.
This jumper is one of my favourites, I love the fit especially on the arms. I bought it to go with some joggers I also bought from H&M, but I sold them on depop recently because they came up too short. It comes in a few other colours and is great for a plain casual look especially with jeans and trainers. I also live in these trainers. I keep seeing people with Nike Theas on YouTube and they really are as great as they all make out, so comfortable and great for everyday or just gym. These are one of the premium designs so they don't sell them anymore but they have so many others in Office at the moment. This outfit would be good to wear back to school/college/uni which I'll probably do when I go back.

The A/W transition begins...

I love how the high street enables you to purchase things that are similar to the sometimes extortionate priced branded items designers expect us to buy. I don't think you have to buy something just because its the original if there's nothing special/unique about it to be honest.
I've been wanting a new pair of Timberlands for a while, I just sold my old pink ones on Depop, but I wasn't prepared to spend so much. So I was so happy to see these in Primark  for £15 and they actually come in navy and a dark biege colour but I only picked up a black pair for A/W.
Primark and New Look are the best for shoe dupes at the moment.
